JBC members are provided access to expertise to successfully perform CyTOF single-cell phenotyping of cells from patients or mice. CyTOF core services include consultation on experimental design, cell preparation and staining methods, reagents for CyTOF-ready antibody collections for both human and mouse markers as well as data analysis which include dimensional reduction analysis and statistics via the JBC Cytobank Account
